Responsible Gaming at 9999k

Gaming is Entertainment — Keep It That Way

At 9999k, our mission is straightforward: to offer Bangladesh's most trusted online gaming platform, where cricket betting, live casino, and slots are enjoyed responsibly. We understand that for the vast majority of our players, gaming is a leisure activity — a way to enjoy the BPL season, catch some live table action, or spin the reels after a long day's work in Dhaka or Chittagong.

However, we also recognize that gambling can sometimes stop being fun and start becoming a problem. That is why 9999k has built a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools and resources — available to every registered player, at no cost. Whether you want to set a daily deposit limit, take a short break, or speak with someone who understands problem gambling, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Using Our Tools — What You Can Control

All of the following features can be activated from your 9999k account settings or by contacting our support team directly. They take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed — this is by design to protect you.

• Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you can deposit into your 9999k account.
• Set a cap on the total amount you can wager within a given period, regardless of wins or losses.
• Set a session timer so you receive an automatic reminder when you have been playing for a certain duration.
• Request a time-out to pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — no questions asked.
• Request full self-exclusion for 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently from the 9999k platform.

How to Activate Responsible Gaming Protections

Setting up protections on your 9999k account is a quick process. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Log in to your 9999k account using your registered credentials.
2. Navigate to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming section.
3. Choose the tool you need — deposit limit, time-out, session reminder, or self-exclusion.
4. Confirm your selection. Changes take effect immediately and will be confirmed via email or SMS.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually. Recognizing the early warning signs is the first and most important step toward getting help. Ask yourself honestly whether any of the following apply to you:

• You spend more money or time gambling than you originally planned.
• You feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down or stop gambling.
• You gamble to escape problems, stress, or negative feelings like anxiety or depression.
• You chase losses — betting more after losing in an attempt to win the money back.
• You hide your gambling activity from family or friends in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or elsewhere.
• Gambling has caused financial hardship — missed bills, borrowing money, or dipping into savings.

Self-Exclusion — A Serious Tool for Serious Situations

Self-exclusion is our strongest responsible gaming protection. When you request self-exclusion, your 9999k account is fully suspended for the chosen duration. You will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Any promotional communications will also stop. This is a voluntary commitment — and it is designed to be difficult to reverse precisely because it needs to be effective during moments of vulnerability.

To request self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request'. Please include your registered username and the exclusion period you are requesting. Our team will action this within 24 hours and send you written confirmation. If you choose permanent exclusion, the account will be closed and no future reactivation requests will be accepted.

Get Help — Support Contacts

If you are concerned about your gambling habits, or about a friend or family member, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our team is trained to respond with empathy and without judgment. We also encourage players to contact professional support organizations.

Our Commitment to Bangladesh Players

9999k is deeply committed to the well-being of every player on our platform. We do not pursue profit at the expense of player welfare. Our responsible gaming team reviews account activity patterns and proactively contacts players whose betting behavior may indicate signs of harm. We believe that a sustainable, trustworthy platform is built on players who stay in control — and we will always prioritize your long-term safety over short-term revenue.

We also recognize the importance of family and community in Bangladeshi culture. If a family member is concerned about a loved one's gambling, they can contact us directly and we will work with them to explore the options available under our responsible gaming framework. Community matters to us — and we take our role in protecting it seriously.
